to streamline a better way to stay in touch that would help both the administration of Good Dog K9 Training and Services®, LLC as well as giving the customer an even better experience, I have two phone numbers you need to know about.
With the new landscape of AI in the world today and so many choices to pick from on the search engines, platforms and websites, there is now a Text number, (323) 405-7120 and a landline for calls at 1-(818) 559-5482 to keep these two objectives separate.
It is crucial to direct conversations about your dog to an email in an effort to help keep track of each case instead of texting where there is no way to file you and your dog’s information and keep track of and be mindful of the history.
Please put these numbers in your phone book and don’t forget to add the “1” to the earlier mentioned number.
I will use the new Text Line to alert you in advance of the Dog Training Pack Walks that we do together as long as you are on the list. If this is something you would like to do, you will need to register through the website and a payment for the month will need to be done in order to be added to the list. The cost is only $51 and you will be able to attend the pack walks twice a week for a month. It is incredibly helpful for your dog to learn social skills as well as exposure to the environment, other people and dogs. It is also the least expensive way to provide exercise and training (because I am there to assist the group to have a nice walk through a peaceful neighborhood).
If you call the landline, (818) 559-5482, and do not reach me immediately I am probably helping a dog training customer, on the other line or possibly in the middle of grooming a dog.
Being a small business owner gives me the opportunity to provide both dog training and grooming services but sometimes people forget that this also means we have the administrative part to provide a way to gain new customers, help the current ones and staying in touch with the many dog owners that I have helped over the many years I have been in business.
I have not only made Good Dog K9 Training and Services®, LLC a corporation but have also made it a federally trademarked business name as well as logo - the star dog. I will write more on this in another blog but, if you have a dog training business I highly recommend getting your small business made into an LLC and trademarking your business name.
