Sniffing Out Cancer

Dogs can provide an early stage, noninvasive and highly accurate screening test for all types of cancer. Published research has shown that dogs are giving 89% accuracy in sniffing out cancer samples.

Right now we are at a Phase 1 of establishing the foundation for making a team of dogs here in Los Angeles, CA to participate in future research and this begins with education to everyone that has an interest in pushing forward the use of dogs as a legitimate and recognized means of finding early-stage cancers.

The InSitu Foundation, dogsdetectcancer.org, is the pioneer organization that has brought us an incredible program that is teaching an exact and scientific protocol for dogs sniffing out cancer. They have a program that is certifying dog trainers, doctors and researchers that is unlike any other.

By holding this high standard and protocol, they are producing published research  which is now being recognized by doctors and hospitals across the US.

It is my responsibility to enlighten the people of the City of Los Angeles on this program, get people to participate in Sniffer Training no matter what breed, color or gender of dog. By educating, we are bringing much better understanding and cooperation to this endeavor.
